Elephants live alongside water dragons, and gibbons hang next door to crocodiles in this coloring book, Children can enjoy coloring the pictures while learning about the animals that live in Laos's forests, rivers, and fields, including some that may be unfamiliar: sambars, the crested argus, and the slow loris.

Each animal is described in Lao, Hmong, and English with facts about eating habits, survival techniques, and special characteristics.
