What Happens to Your Food? book cover

What Happens to Your Food?

Fast-foods, over-eating, and obesity aren't the problems in Laos that they are in many developed countries, but the same forces that push junk food elsewhere are beginning to appear here.

We hope that this book, which explains how the body processes food, will help readers fill any shortfalls in their diets, avoid some of the problems that plague the west, and understand what to do when things go wrong.
